About Lesley
I’ve been an accredited coach since 2002. I work with extraordinary people - executives, high-performing teams, creative startup founders, board members, award winners, celebrities, and the occasional teenager! I’m also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
I coach high achievers and top-of-gamers (who give a sh*t about being and doing good…). Coaching is my true calling.
I love creative, strategic, and collaborative brainstorming and celebrating wins that bring real pride and a sense of joy.
With thousands of coaching hours under my belt, I work nationally and globally—often prepping workshops from a plane seat (some of you will know that gig).
A lot of my work is behind the scenes with some of the country’s finest leaders. My clients and I play to win—always with a smile and compassion. They bring the smarts; I bring years of experience helping high achievers stand out… for all the right reasons.
And me, personally: I am a lover of life, see beauty in many things, love how humans are complex and unique. I have dedicated my professional career to constantly sharpening my saw to help others shine, feel good about themselves and their work and get to LOVE. THEIR. LIFE. That’s what brings me joy!
