Coaching with me is not about finding a quick fix or instant magic remedy. Though I can ensure you there will be magic!  It’s a journey of self-discovery, deeper understanding of how you tick and how to use your unique superpowers to truly feel the joy of success. 

Coaching is a programme of work that involves clarifying, exploring, experimenting, refining, doing and being, in order to achieve a more fulfilled life, personally and professionally. The time spent in a coaching relationship flies by, as we are incredibly talented complex creatures, so there is much to uncover, discover, put in action and brainstorm. The more you are brave, courageous and prepared to deep dive into getting what you truly desire, then the more you will love the coaching journey.

I am also an experienced Corporate Executive Coach. I coach many clients remotely as a number of them are based overseas.  Coaching is just as powerful and effective over the phone as it is in person.  Trust me!

• Executive/High Achievers – Avoiding the Burn Out Programme:

  This is a customized programme that is designed for those who have pushed their “achieving” boundaries rather too hard and are starting to feel the effect of reaching burn out.  This is an area that has become a popular part of my niche due to the driven personalities of ambitious high performers.  I feel your pain and I understand it.  It’s common and the sooner I get to you the faster we can re-align and repurpose you.  

• Gallup Strengths Coaching:

  Gallup Strengths Coaching for teams or individuals. I am a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach.

• Workshops:

  As an experienced presenter, facilitator and trainer I can deliver a variety of workshops dependent on your needs and requirements.  You can choose from a workshop catalogue, shown below or we can customise and mix and match modules to suit your requirements.
