The stats here in NZ for burnout in the workplace is nuts. As a collective spirit sadly this is something that hurts us as it’s hurting many of our people.
I meet & know leaders who want to develop a culture of well-being & I’m sure they will agree it can be a long game & a challenging one to map out. It requires some boldness, stepping away from the old norms & and holding a creative lens in order to customise a strategy that fits your organisation. There is no one size fits all in designing a culture of wellbeing. However, results start to show fast, even through the small & early steps & I applaud those of you that are committed to the journey.
